The EU Trademark Registration is known also as CTM registration or Community Trademark registration. It covers all 28 European Union countries and it is done by filing only one application. [The list of EU member states].
CTM application can’t be filed only for some of the EU members states, it covers automatically all member states. However, a trademark previously registered in any EU country can be opposed against any new CTM application, but also a CTM trademark may be opposed to any EU member states national application.
All our applications are professionally reviewed and filed by trademark attorneys licensed to practice before OHIM.
We also provide CTM renewals as well as assignments or license registration.
Should the CTM get rejected, we can file an appeal or seek conversion in one or more EU member states.
We can also represent you in case a third party tries to register another CTM or national trademark in any of the 28 EU countries which conflicts an existing application or trademark which belongs to you.
